express or implied, are disclaimed. In no event shall DC Hosts Enterprises
LLC be liable for any loss, damage, injury, claim or any special, punitive

in Washington DC and will be asked to present a valid picture I.D. at
time of entrance. If guests are under 21, please notify us so proper
arrangements can be made. All guests over 21 years of age must carry
proper ID at all times.
If you participate in DC Hosts Enterprises LLC
event, you understand that such participation can include foreseeable
and unforeseeable risks and other hazardous activities inherent in DC
Hosts Enterprises LLC activities which may expose the Participant to
illness, injury, or death. The Participant voluntarily participates
in DC Hosts Enterprises LLC activity with the knowledge of the danger
involved and hereby agrees to assume and accept any and all risk of
injury or death.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall DC Hosts Enterprises LLC be
liable for any losses, injuries, claims, or damages (including incidental,
consequential, lost profits or lost savings) arising out of or in any
way connected with the use of the reservation data and services. In
the event such limitation of liabilities is not allowed under state
law, DC Hosts Enterprises LLC maximum liability shall not exceed the
amount of the service charges paid to DC Hosts Enterprises LLC for the
services rendered.
